Point taken wembley! :seek:

Maybe 'one' had forgotten to put them on?

I'll mention this to the Royal Household and see what they propose...

Eheheh...many thanks for the "point taken"...
Just a quick question...You're famous for your superb stadium, I'd like to know your thoughts about my tiny creation (Albion Park ground, home of my fictional team Watney FC born as football club for the workers of the famous, in the 60s and 70s, Watney brewery...). You can find a few pics in the stadiums topic. Thanks in advance for the time you'll have to give a look at my job...

Tiny stadium maybe, but large ideas and inspiration!!
I had seen the later posts but missed the pictures in the earlier pages (I was probably skimming the forum at work when I shouldn't have been, and rushed for time! )

More substantive reply now left... ;)

Great MarcoMc!

I see this is from:
http://mikiaboom.wordpress.com/2009/05/17/...aves-the-swans/

The writer says: "It is a calendar for the football season 2009/2010, presenting a piece of Art each month featuring humorously (and impartial way as I am a Derby Fan now!!!) teams who will have to fight against the Rams (Derby’s Nickname). The season 2008/2009 is nearly finished now, but I am still waiting for the definitive results to know exactly which teams will be in the Derby’s league, the Championship.
Anyway, I present today one of the artworks, featuring Derby against “Swansea”, one of the teams which will have to confront the Derby Ram next season. the nickname of Swansea City FC is “the Swans”… and for the ones who are not hot so on British history: Queen Elizabeth protects all British Swans. No doubt, with our new strong Derby team, the Queen will have a hard job!"

I note the scores between Derby and Swansea in the 2009/2010 season were:

20 Nov 2009 Swansea 1 - 0 Derby Attendance 17804
20 Feb 2010 Derby 0 - 1 Swansea Attendance 31024

The artist is a veritable prophet!!
