Looking at the picture with the beach, I think the Tan was intended like "tintarella" or "abbronzatura", so the translation may be "Stadio Prato e Abbronzatura".
Could it be right?

No. Green and tan are the grandstand colour.
Maybe "Stadio verde e ocra" could fit.

google translate gives the Latin option as

...but I’m not sure that’s right, on the account that mio doesn’t parlo Latin!

Tan is not translated me thinks...
Coloratus (as per tanned) could be the Latin translation!
